and breakfast, early morning tea or coffee. Rates exclude 2% government
tourism levy, and V.A.T. if applicable.
Child Policy
Children under the age of 12 cannot normally be accommodated at
York Lodge unless by special arrangement.
Confirmed Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your booking is required
before we are able to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable
on arrival.
Payments
Payment
by visitors resident outside Zimbabwe must be made in foreign currency.
Payment may be made by telegraphic transfer, traveller's cheques, US$ cash or VISA.
Check in/out Times
On arrival
We will try to provide clients with their rooms immediately on their
arrival. We cannot, however, guarantee rooms will be available until
12 noon.
On departure
Rooms should be vacated by 10 am on the morning of departure, but
we will provide late checkout facilities if at all possible.
